My mood has gone from “EVERYTHING’S THE BEST I WENT RUNNING WOAH HAPPY THINGS IN THE BRAIN” to “everything’s crap, everyone sucks, I’m the worst person in history and everything I’m doing right now is wrong and I should just die”.

Wow. This time last year, we got the phone call from my mother to say the whole family was okay.
It’s kind of surreal in that this happened last year when it doesn’t feel that long ago and the part where my whole family has managed to survive the last 18 months. Yeah. Wow.
